Collapse/Expand a adjoining form type from a button in Ribbon

Hi,

I would like to know how to add a cutom button in the ribbon of the Outlook Inspector and access(collapse/expand) a adjoining form type from that Ribbon button.

Basically i want to programmatically expand/collapse the form region from the click of that button.

Any help is really appreciated.
