Code to import a file

Hi
I need to write some code that will allow the user to browse through
any path/folders/files, select the file and then import the file into
the database.
In total the user will be selecting up to ten different files -
excel/text etc.

To browse files, I used the following:

Here is a site that already has the whole Open/Save Dialog thing done for you:

You can then use the return value to accomplish your import.
