Code Documenter for Excel VBA?

I've done a fair amount of developement work in Access and am used to using
FMS Access Analyzer to generate working and final documentation of my code,
among other things.

Does anyone know of a similar tool that can be used to document an Excel vba
project?
I did a net search on this a few weeks ago and nothing seemed to jump out at
me and yet this would seem like such a "must have" item for developers that
I can't believe it doesn't exist. Then again, maybe I've just been spoiled
by Access Analyzer.
