Have two utility type programs trying to install. They work in the
background and seem to work Ok. However, if I need to open to edit some data
in them, they don't open. Discovered the shortcut to the program is no
longer there in the startup programs. So tried reinstalling. Get the above
error after getting an error that the installation is unable to create the
shortcut.
Any ideas???
