Does a download link exist for Neil Rubenking's program COA2
(ChangeOfAddress2)? Formerly, it was freeware from PC Mag. Now it is only
available from PC Mag via their subscription service. Also, does COA2 work
with WinXP?

Henry and Jari, thanks very much for your help. Unfortuately, I am having
no luck in connecting to the digilander link. I recall having had this
problem in the past. I'll check with my ISP as to why this is happening.
Thanks again.

I sent it via email.
