CMOS setting

i simple question, everytime i restart the pc it says the
CPU setting has been change correct this in the CMOS
settings press F1 to restart or press DEL to change the
CMOS.

when i press F1 the system starts normally, how to i avoid
this message again and again,

Press DEL, check the settings and then do a "Save and Exit". This will
update your CMOS.
 
Txs. for the info. but i save and exit but when i restart
the machine the same message reappears.
