Windows XP CMMGR32.exe

My system is XP. I did an error search which tells me that file CMMGR32.exe is missing. Can I just replace this file? If so where can I locate it for downloafd?

Do you have service pack 2 ??? Not that I am recomending it, but it could fix your problem , or make it much much worse.
Pick your poison.
 
I have SP 2 and it is honey and poison. I am hoping to be able to download the file, CMMGR32.exe, only to establish whether or not it is the cause of other problems I am surrering. My picture blacks out at the most inopertune moments. I then have to wait for it to decide to return to me. Thanks Raje.
