cmdline.dll runs on startup

cmdline.dll is resident in my documents & settings temp folder. It started
running on startup after I installed 2 new programs openoffice from
openoffice.org and microangelo. I hav since uninstalled both programs but
cmdline.dll still runs.
I have tried deleting file but says another program using it. I then
deleted it via safe mode, but it reinvented itself on windows restart. I
would appreciate help as I don't know what program is using it and why it has
just started happening.

cmdline.dll (Dynamic Link Library) is not a WindowsXP nor System32 file.
Looks like you've picked up same malware/spyware while surfing the Net.

Byte thanks for advice but none of my antispyware including adaware and
microsoft antispyware picked it up as malware/spyware
