Cmd32.exe Error

When my computer boots up i get a C;\windows\system32
\cmd32.exe error saying, that this file isn't found. Can
anyone help me

Greetings --

You don't want that file. CMD32.exe *is* the virus; it's
certainly not a valid Windows system file. Pay particular attention
to _all_ of the removal instructions:

W32.Kwbot.C.Worm
