cmak client restriction

HI

i have created a connection manager service profile for vpn and dial up for home users. when connected it will run some scripts for checking patches and AV. Now the problem is , users do not use these profles but they manually configure network connection to dial up and vpn connection. I want to restrict users diap up and vpn using only from the client created by connection manager. using w2k and radius authentication. any help would be appreciate

Your requirement can be achieved using Quarantine but this is for Win2k3,
