Clustering

I am not familiar with Clustering, so I hope someone can help me. If I have
3 2000 Servers and I cluster them, and on Server A I have all the user files.
If server A goes down, does clustering still allow access to those user
files, and if so, how does it do it?

A windows clusteris one or more server hat can controll a connected resource.
This is commanly a shared disk resource.

So you clustered resources would be
File and Print server
Shared IP/Name/Disk/file share/print spooler

NOTE: It is very dificult to retro fit a clusterd solution and highly
unlikly that any vendor will support it. best bet is to buy a clustered
solution.
