cluster service time out during startup

I newly installed using W2K Adv. Server with MSCS. When I
start up any of the machine, the cluster service hanged
because of the share disk not ready. An error message
displayed said some of the service hanged during start up.
Normally it takes around 6 mins for the share disk to take
online, the error message come out around 4 mins. How can
I setup cluster service to wait for longer instead of it
tried 3 times and prompted the error? Thanks.

JL,
You might be able to something like what is described in this KB to do what
you want.

Altough a better plan, in my opinion, would be to start the storage and let
it spin up first and when that is done start the cluster nodes.
