Cluster Service does not start automatically

JAMES

We have implemented cluster services on two nodes. The
MSCS cluster service has no problem starting on one of the
nodes after re-booting. The fail-over node, however,
needs its cluster service to be manually started even
though it is set on automatic.
Does anyone know why this is so, and how I can fix it? We
run Windows 2000 Advanced servers with SP4.
Thanks

Hi James. If the service is configured to start automatically and is not starting when the computer starts, check the system log to see if we
are logging any errors starting the service.
