Closing IE6 Browser

When I type in a search on any search engine, Google/MSN etc using certain words (Monitor, Firewall) the browser just closes down. I have checked and installed critical updates but its made no difference. I'm assuming its a setting somewhere but cant find it. Anyone had this issue before??

This may be caused by a third-party program (adware, spyware, parasite).
Get AdAware and SpyBot and run them both. Keep them up to date.
