closed outlook still in process

I close Outlook but it is still open in the process window of Task Manager.
Any Ideas?

this might help but if you use Active Sync you might need to remove your
Pocket PC from the cradle if it's such an issue):

Note that terminating Outlook is usually not desirable.

Sure. Uncradle the PDA.
