close, retore, and minimize buttons now microscopic

I had a problem with accesiblity options. I don't use it,
but kept getting the navigator to pop up. Not realizing
it was the microsoft button on my keyboard that was
stuck. I went through the accesibility wizard and now my
buttons are microscopic and can not get them back to
normal size. Can anyone help?

nevermind i got it.

just went to diplay properties. Appearance. fonst size
large, and then back to normal.
