Close Outlook 2003 when sending a message

I´m having problems with outlook 2003, when I pres send to an e-mail the
program is closed inmediately and the mail dissapear, not even stay in the
outbox.
I want to set the writing corrector, but it doesn´t work. I set it in Tools-
Folder options- wrinting but there is no time to correct anything before the
program close.
I need some help, please.

Spell Check uses Word or other Office programs to check spelling and it must
be the same version as Outlook. If you don't have Word installed or it is a
diff version, you must use a 3rd party spell checker. Your other
problem--uncheck Send mail immediately in Tools, options, Mail Setup. Use the
send receive button there to set up an automatic polling for new messages no
less than every 10 minutes or you will get an error. Mail will stay in Outbox
until next polling.
