close other user mailbox

I have access to someone else's mailbox. How do I close that file down once
I am finished with it? I cannot leave it open all of the time.

Hi Rebecca - I assume that a colleague has given you permission to view from
within their account. Try clicking on File > Open - your name should appear
in the list, click on it - if not click on Other Users Folders, although this
shouldn't be necessary.

Use this route to open yur colleagues inbox and then to switch back to your
own.

Hope my assumption was correct and that my suggestion works for you.

Where do I right click? The other user's name does not show up on the column

Hi Rebecca - did you get the chance to try my tip or not? I take it you have
a folder tree on the left hand side but that none of your folders / inbox
appears and that in the main view pane you can just see your colleagues email
list. Try the file open route and click on your own name. If not there go
on to click on Other Users Folders and put your first name in the box and
click ok this will show you or give you a list of rebeccas to be able to
choose yourself - or click the name tab and search for yourself. This will
then return to your inbox.

Follow the above to go back to your colleagues inbox and so on.
