clone win2000 to another HD

I've got win2000 working in "an-about-to-die" HD I got a new one,
formated it to NTFS nad my question is.

How can I do a fully bootable clone of the old HD (system files &
data) into the new one???

You can either image it over or use ntbackup and restore it.
