Clock won't stay reset to correct time

When I turn my computer on, it always has the wrong time.
I reset it and as long as the computer stays on, the clock
tells the right time. If I turn it off and back on, it
jumps to another time, usually a few hours later, but
sometimes a few hours earlier. This just started
happening about a month ago.
 
Better check your MoBo battery...
