clock win xp

my clock keeps changing in win xp it will lose time or
gane time !!! any help on how to fix so it will keep
corect time thanks
 
You might try downloading one of the free clock synch programs. Try download.com and search the word "clock". There are several of them and they all work about the same

Suggestion:

Go to Start/Run and type in: cmd
At the prompt, type in:

net stop w32time, enter.
Then w32tm /unregister, enter.
Then w32tm /register, enter.
Then net start w32time, enter.
