clock always wrong

My clock skips times constantly and dates. I replaced the battery 2 times and
it is set up to get the time from the Internet every hour. It is also set
properly to my time. I have done everything I can think of to fix this
problem. I don't shut down my computer since others use it constantly so I
can't just restart and have the problem fixed. I am using Windows XP Pro also
anything that can help would be greatly appreciated.
 
Mighgt check to make sure the CR2032 battery holder is clean and making good
contact with the new battery. Dirty connections there might cause the time
problem (as well as lost bios settings.)
