Hi to all. I've been using Clip Trakker for a long time. ( Very useful ) Mi
friend likes it too but it's share ware ($ 20 license). Do you guys know if
there is a program similar to Clip Trakker but freeware? TIA

Not sure what Clip Trakker does, did you expect us to search for it,
or do you only welcome replies from those familiar with it?
