Clipcollect?

Q

Qutickle

"ClipCollect is a personal database for text snippets and a website
builder. Gathering data with ClipCollect means creating a website
automatically. Furthermore ClipCollect can convert any file directory
contents of your hard drive to HTML and build a complete website out
of it with only 3 mouse clicks.
ClipCollect's building process looks like this:
* copy and paste text snippets from Windows Clipboard
* auto format, edit and assemble these clips
* save the resulting plain text notes to a database
* convert that database or any other file directory automatically
to HTML
* create a website, a manual or catalogue, an eBook or image
gallery with 3 mouse clicks"

Sounds almost too good to be true.

Does anyone here actually use it? Any comments?

I played it with some time ago. I didn't keep it. IIRC, it wasn't easy to
figure out what the end result was going to look like. As an alternative,
I'm a bit fan of NetPicker that does something similar in a much more
intuitive way. It's like Treepad, but stores the notes in HTML format. You
can convert a database to a website.

The biggest disadvantage is that to create different databases, you have to
copy the program executable and it's support files to a separate folder. May
not be a big deal for you though. . .
