1. Right-click on your Desktop and select: NEW > SHORTCUT
2. In the Create Shortcut window, type in: CLIPBRD.EXE , and click "Next"
3. In the next window, type in: ClipBoard Viewer , and click "Finish"
4. A ClipBoard Viewer shortcut icon will appear on your Desktop.

I've a hundred times if one wondered what was on my clipboard, or I've
tapped Ctrl V and didn't get what I expected.
(sometimes, it seems, the last clipboard cut gets stuck, and the new
one doesn't load.
I for some reason must tap Ctrl HARD and then tap C HARD to get
clipboard to work.
