Clipboard saved text comes out as a bitmap when I paste in word

Everytime I cut and paste using word 2003, using clipboard most of the time,
I get a bit map or small picture of something instead of the selected text.
 
Does the picture look like a telephone? If so, do you have any BlueTooth
drivers installed?

I do not have "bluetooth", It looks more like a window A/C with a green arrow
 
No, only when I save a Word document in clipboard, in other words, instead of
saved text in clipboard, I get a "bitmap" that looks like a window air
conditioner with a green arrow pointing up. If I "click" on the bitmap
NOTHING happens!. Help!
 
How are you "saving" a "Word document" in the Clipboard?

Even if it happens when you try to copy something in Word the KB
article I cited should still be applicable since the likely cause is
an add-in.

The article did not help and I copy using Ctrl C and I have the same problem when I open clipboard first and use edit, copy, and then paste!
