Clipboard in terminal services

Hi, when i log on to one of my servers with a local
administrator account i can copy and paste between the
server and the client pc no problem. but when i try it
with another account which is also part of the local
administrators group, it does not work. any ideas?

If both admins log in from the same client, does the same
behavior still occur?

yes when i try it with the admin account it works, but
when i try it with the problem account it doesn't.
