Clipboard history

I was told that one can retrieve the clipboard history from a computer and
therefore
see what was copied and paste.

If it is possible,how is it done ?

Windows Clipboard only holds one item at a time.

To see that item...
Start | Run | Type: clipbrd | Click OK
