How do I enter text directly next to and at the top of a clip art or graphic,
it is only allowing me to do so at the bottom of the image
 
Select the clip art/graphic, right click it, choose Format Picture, choose
the Layout tab, select "Tight," click okay, text should wrap around graphic.
