This may sound like a really stupid question, but how do
I get Clip Art Pictures when I am in a Word Document?

Click on "Insert" and the side window pops open. either
type in a word like what pic you want or search. Then
when the picture appears just click on it and insert in
your document.

This is not a Word group but I'll briefly answer:

From main menu in Word: Click "Insert", click "Picture", select
"Clip Art". Point to the correct folder (or CD), select which clip
you wish, highlight, respond OK.

Also, MS Word has an excellent help option that you should really try
to learn how to use.
