I cannot insert clip art images into text or any
documents. I have tried typing %Systemroot% into the
START - RUN menu, but with similar results. I cannot
find my EULA Agreement.

OK, OK, we heard you the first time.

The problem is probably that you did not INSTALL clipart. It doesn't
come in WinXP but in applications you can install.
