Clip Art in Outlook

Is there a way to place clip art directly into the text of an email that you
are writing?
 
only if you use HTML or RTF format - when sending to non-outlook users, use
HTML.

I am in HTML. However, when I try to insert clip art it inserts as an
attachment. Any ideas??
 
Which version of outlook and are you using word as your editor?

Are you using the paperclip icon or Insert, Picture?

I am using Outlook 2000 and trying to insert by using Insert Picture.
