Welcome to Clif Notes Newsletter

Hi everyone.
This week's letter includes two tools that can help you keep your
information safe. I recently heard about a local business that is now
temporarily out of business. They had backed up their PC's to the local
network but didn't have copies anywhere else. A hacker got in and
deleted information on the local network. I often use my Gmail accounts
to store files. Writing the files to a CD is often easier, but you
should keep copies in a different location other than where your PC's
are located. This helps in case of a fire or other disaster.
Here are the headlines from this week's letter.
