What is the difference between
ClientScriptManager.RegisterClientScriptBlock and
ClientScriptManager.RegisterClientScript

RegisterClientScriptBlock exists and the other doesn't.

RegisterClientScript is part of WebPartManager class, not ClientScriptManager
