Clients not showing up

We only Windows XP & 2000 at my workplace, when I browse the Microsoft
Network, I see all my clients (200+ users) except 2 of them, I can ping them
by ip address or by computer name and they always reply back to me. Why are
they showing up in Windows Network Neighborhood. Thanks

Check the workstation service is running.

also try sharing a folder out on them
