Clients Loosing Mapped Drives

My clients whether manually mapped or through a login script are losing there
mapped drives. Any ideas?

Please be more specific and explain what you mean with
"losing their mapped drives". For example, what do you
see when you run the following command from a Command
Prompt on one of the affected machines?

net use

The server in question is a Dell 1850 Poweredge running Windows 2003 SP1.
The clients lose connections to all mapped drives from this server
(FP-OPC-02).
The mapped drives connecting to other servers remain.
Running ipconfig /flushdns and ipconfig /registerdns seems to temporarily
remedy the situation.
