client only rules

I have many client only rules in my email and would really like to delete
them. Unfortunately when going to the rules wizard - it says under the
"Apply changes to this folder" - Inbox [Microsft Exchage Server].

Now I cant seem to delete these rules. Could u help me please?
 
Are you connected to the Exchange Server while trying to do this?
