Client only rules in Outlook

Outlook XP, Windows XP

Hi, is it possible to set up client-only rules in Outlook so that they
automatically run when Outlook is opened?

Yes, you can set the condition "on this machine only". I would recommend
using this setting unless you have really specific needs.
