Client gets 1/4'th desktop screen

Hi,

I have a terminal server client. When this client connects
to the term.server it receives only 1/4'th of the desktop
screen...any suggestions?

The client had an "unexpected error" and needed a restart,
when the client logs on with its client credentials to
term serv the screen output is about 1/4'th of the actual
screen to the user. Where can I get access to the client
config in term serv to change this resolution
problem?...please help
