Every once in a while my computer randomly goes into clickLock mode even
though I have it turned off in control panel. It's super annoying and I have
no idea how to get rid of it, it usually just goes away after a while. How
can I prevent this???

On one of my computers ClickLock applies itself by pressing the left
Control key several times in rapid succession. That may be triggering it.

On my laptop, hitting the Fn key five times activates it (Sony VAIO).

Krystal,
Do you have another mouse you could try for a while? That might tell you that your
left mouse switch is OK or not.
I had a similar problem some time ago, but... along with your symptom, I also
experienced the inability to "drop" the drag. It would occaisionally act like ClickLock,
but the fact that I had to tap the mouse a couple times to get the dragged object to drop
told me that my mouse switch was sticking.
And, then it would work for a while.

I don't think that is what is triggering my clicklock. It happens even when
i'm not using the keyboard.

I think if it was that, then when I went to use the touch pad it should act
normal. But it still acts like clicklock even when i use the touch pad. And
even the keyboard goes weird, i need to turn on capslock in order to type in
lower case, everything goes backwards!
