Clicking on web link in email message connects me to Windows Explo

Clicking on a web URL link in an Outlook 2003 email message sends me to
Windows Explorer rather than to the linked web site! Can someone explain why
this should happen, and how I can configure Outlook to correct it? Thanks in
advance for your advice.

Try this: In IE, click Tools>Internet Options>Programs>Reset Web Settings.
If that doesn't work, try holding the Shift key down when clicking. You can
then browse to your browser program.
