Click on link and takes forever to respond

Most of the time when using IE if i click on a link it
wont do anything, then after a minute or 2 it will respond
and load the page. Any ideas on what to do to fix this?

Curt,
Clear the cache- IE> Tools> Options> General> Delete files (and delete
offline content.) It's often recommended that the TIF folder be kept at
about 50 MB. Bigger isn't necessarily better.

From the same screen> TIF> Settings> "Check for newer versions of stored
pages"> check Automatically.

If that doesn't help, delete the Temporary Internet Files folder:

This could also be a malware / parasite problem. Try the solutions at:
