Click link and window opens small

Hello,

Using Internet Explorer, when I click on a link, the new window opens as
half, if not less, than its normal size. Is there any way to change the
settings so that the window will open to full size? Thank you for you
consideration.

Open one instance of IE and then open a new window.
Close the original window. In the address box of the new window type the following (where
XXX,XXX is your screen resolution) and press ENTER
(Example: 1024,768 <- separated by a comma)

Hold the CTRL button and close the window (top right button).
