Click-drag Inside Outlook Express

Hi,

Microsoft Outlook Express will not permit text selection via drag-over. Do
you understand? If someone needs to copy-and-paste text, it means that you
hold the mouse button down and drag to select text. My mouse will perform
normally for all drag-and-copy operations EXCEPT when in Outlook Express.
Any ideas what will cause this?

Exmpl: Ctrl-Shift-End keyboard combination is needed to select all document
text for copying

PS The only way to block-on right now is by using the keyboard (i.e. hold
down Shift key, press keyboard's arrow keys)
PSS Microsoft Word, IE, Notepad, Excel all work normally

IIRC, some versions of OE would not do that if set to Read all messages in
plain text (Tools | Options | Read).
