Clearing History Doesn't Clear Typed Addresses in Address Bar

I can't seem to fully clear previously typed addresses in
my Address bar. I also have links to programs that seem
to be "hardcoded". Selected values are still there even
after I use the clear history command.

Any ideas on how I can clear this would be most
appreciated.


My machine configuration is IE6 Windows XP Pro
