Clearing entries in pop-up boxes

No entries appear in the "Username" and "Password" fields on the login
page of Groupwise WebAccess (version 6). A "Select User" pop-up box
appears and it contains a number of previously-tried usernames.

When I click on the only valid username, the "Username" and "Password"
fields on the login page get populated with the valid username and its
associated password.

How can I clear all of the other (invalid) usernames from the pop-up
box?
 
Let the dropdown appear and use your arrow downkey to highlight an entry you want to remove. Then hit the DELETE key. That should take care of them.

I used the arrow down-key to highlight an unwanted entry then pressed
"Delete" but nothing happened.

Any other ideas?

unwanted entries but still nothing happened.

Any other suggestions.?
