Clearing emails off the server

Hi,

How do I set up Outlook AND Outlook Express to clean
emails off the server once they are downloaded into
Outlook and Outlook Express (I use Outlook and my sister
uses Express)?

We are finding new emails are rejecting because we are
not having the emails clear off the server once they go
into Outlook and Express and our mailboxes are full...so,
we were told we need to set ourselves up to have them
cleared off.

Oh, we have Office 2003.

But your sister wrote the message! :-)

Click upon Tools > Accounts > Mail > Properties > Advanced. Near the bottom
of the advanced window, be sure that "Leave a copy...." is UNCHECKED.
 
The instructions you gave are for Office 2002...in 2003
things are different and when you go to tools > accounts
it does not give the options you are referring to...any
ideas?
