clear web-site password from windows

Situation:
Explorer 6/Windows (XP Home) remembers the user ids to
urls. I inadverently entered both the user id and
password into the user id field on one occassion so now
other users can see the combined user id and password.

Question:
How do I delete the one entry??

try in internet explorer,
Tools>Internet Options>Content>Auto Complete(TAB),
uncheck Username and Passwords
then will not prompt the usernamre and passwrd in other
users.BYE
