Clear flag from message without having to open it.

There should be an option to clear or remove a flag from a message without
having to open the message, click on the flag, and then click on clear.
While I'm at it, you should be able to set a default reminder so you don't
have to select a time for the reminder each time you set the flag. .. like
Outlook used to be when setting a reminder.

Which version of outlook do you use? If you right click, do you have a
Follow up menu that expands?

For me, I am able to Right-Click on the message, point to Follow Up, then
change/remove flags as needed .... Does this not work for you?

no info to share on the other issue
