I'd stick with your current tool. It doesn't blow away all cookies, I
suspect.

I think this tool is probably provided so that Microsoft support staff can
have users download a supported tool to use in the case where some
corruption in the items deleted causes an error in IE. I sure hope they
know very precisely what errors those are, because I would hate to blow all
that stuff away unnecessarily. (i.e. history and cookies.)
